Parish Youth Ministry (PYM) is a youth organization of the Our Lady of the Airways Parish. It is a non-profit, community service oriented organization, whose vision mission is for the youth to be of service to the church and community through community related services, fulfilling church obligations and other church-community related activities. PYM spearheads activities that pertains to the welfare of the youth. Providing the youth with worthwhile activities that could mold them to become ethically selfless, peace loving  and righteous individuals who have fear of God, respect to the dignity of every individual, and positive outlook in life.

The Parish Youth Ministry members are active in all facets of life. While most of the members are practically students, a few are working already and trying to carve their own niche in the corporate world. They carry with them values, discipline, and all the positive attributes that they were able to gather in the course of their life in PYM. Values that are instilled in their minds and etched in their hearts forever. Values that will serve as their guiding lights in the course of their journey in life.
